What's growing now

Two varieties in the trays today. The list grows as the farm does — and founding members get first pick as new varieties come online.

In the trays now

Broccoli

Brassica oleracea

Mild and clean with a faintly peppery finish. Cut once the cotyledons are fully open, when the flavor is at its most delicate. The everyday variety — it disappears into eggs, sandwiches and grain bowls without taking them over.

In the trays now

Sunflower

Helianthus annuus

Thick, crisp stems with a nutty, almost sweet bite and real crunch. This is the one people eat straight out of the container before it makes it onto a plate.

More varieties

Pea · radish · others under trial

A variety joins the weekly list only after it has grown consistently, tray after tray, at a quality we'd put on our own table. When one is ready, founding members hear about it first.

02

How the subscription works

Three steps, and only the first one is happening right now.

01

Join the founding member list

Leave your name and email below. There's no payment and no commitment — you're holding a place in the first delivery run.

02

Confirm your delivery day and quantity

When we open, we'll get in touch to set the day that suits you and how many containers you'd like each week. You choose, and you can change it later.

03

Weekly delivery, cut that morning

Each week your greens are cut, rinsed and packed the morning of your delivery, then brought to your door the same day. Skip a week or pause any time.

03

How we know what's in your container

We're pre-launch, so there are no customer reviews here to show you. What we do have is a written record for every single tray we grow.

Seed lot tracking

Every tray is tied to the seed lot it was sown from. If a supplier ever issues a recall, we know exactly which trays it touched and exactly which deliveries they went into.

Sanitized growing zones

Trays, racks and cutting surfaces are cleaned and sanitized on a written schedule. Each cleaning is logged and dated, not remembered.

Seed-to-harvest log

Sow date, harvest date, harvest time and destination are recorded for every tray. Nothing leaves the farm that we can't trace back to the day it was seeded.

An example of the record kept for every tray. Ask for the log behind any delivery and you'll get it.

Founding member rate

Weekly subscription

$15per week
  • One container each week, cut the morning it's delivered
  • Local delivery in Chesterfield and the surrounding area
  • Your founding rate held for as long as you stay subscribed
  • Change quantity, skip a week or cancel whenever you need to

This price is a placeholder while the farm finishes getting set up. Fifteen dollars a week is what we expect the rate to be, and founding members are the first people we'll confirm it with — before anyone is asked to pay anything.

If it has to change before launch, you'll hear it from us directly, and you're free to walk away. Joining the list costs nothing and holds you to nothing.
